Working closely with our clients, to ensure that we complete adherence with client OHS specifications for each and every civil work projects. Priding ourselves on maintaining and sustaining a clean, hygienic and safe environment that prioritises health for all our employees, clients and suppliers. Policies, practices and performances are under constant review to ensure continuous improvement that sustains our high standards of service and delivery.
Striving to reduce risk, continuously identifying and assessing health, safety and environmental hazards to best remove risk. All employees are supplied with a full set of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), all sites are supervised by a full-time Occupational Health and Safety Assistant Officer. The Leadcon Group also provides annual medical check-up’s for all our employees to ensure they are healthy and fit to work. In addition, employees are also regularly presented with HIV/Aids Awareness Programmes in an effort to inform and educate.
